David "Frank" Bramel, 85 of Mt. Auburn, IL passed away on Friday, February 21, 2025, at 10:27 a.m. at High Point Residence in Taylorville. He was born on October 30, 1939, in Mt. Auburn, IL, the son of Robert and Ophelia (Pallai) Bramel. He married Dorothy "Maxine" Ealey on February 12, 1964, in Mt. Auburn, IL and she preceded him in death on July 26, 2019.
Frank is survived by his daughter: Darla (Mark) Cochran of Blue Mound, IL; Son: Donald (Susan) Henderson of Mt. Auburn, IL; grandchildren: Cody (Ashley) Henderson of Morrisonville, IL; Libby (Josh) Campbell of Rochester, IL; Rhilee Cochran and Fiancé John Fines of Taylorville, IL; great-grandchildren: Savannah, Brynlee, Kynzee, Ellie, Harper; several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents, Grandson Kolby Cochran and brother Larry Bramel.
Graveside service will be held on Friday, February 28, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at Mt. Auburn Cemetery in Mt. Auburn with Pastor Mike Smith officiating.
